His inspirations and earliest influences range from Saturday morning cartoons, 1960's and 70's underground comics, rock album cover and poster art and of course the rolling art of NYC Subway Graffiti.

Louie has put his subway "excursions" on pause and continues his graphic, abstract, illustrative and graffiti art paintings with his own design company KOLORSTORM GRAFFICS, creating cd, dvd packaging, logo design, and clothing. Louie has taken part in several successful solo and group showings along with his artwork being showcased in several books, video games and magazine publications.

Louie has illustrated many designs for me including a new line of Nastee Note's which will be unveiled shortly. I'm excited to announce that Louie and I have partnered up to debut a new line of greeting cards called "Kolorstorms" featuring an array of his artwork, which will be available via my etsy shop and my website.

Check out more of Louie's work here, here and here

"The Bright Side Project is here to bring you a little metaphorical sunshine every day, to help you stop for a second and remember life is (still) beautiful and there is goodness in the world. Most importantly, The Bright Side Project strives to build fantastic exposure for those contributors who have been generous and kind enough to participate. During our first 28 days, we featured the work of some amazing artists. They posed questions that readers answered for the opportunity to win one of their works. Yes, 28 days of giveaways (thus your sunshine). I know times are tough right now, and maybe shopping has become a distant memory. I feel your pain, I seriously do. The Bright Side Project Part II is dedicated to YOU. This time around we are featuring the work of accessory designers, because there's nothing like a lil' somethin' somethin' to brighten one’s day. All you have to do for a chance to win is answer the designer’s question in the comment section. Easy-peasy! I do hope you play along each day, as your answers make my days brighter and we all need a little reminder to look on the bright side..."

Her amazing work was featured on Daily Candy here.
So go check out The Bright Side Project to brighten your day!
